Grattitude, and the virtue of being involved

I just wanted to publicly say that getting more active on the forum has been a great thing for me. I have lived the past several years lurking on this and other forums like I was guilty of some terrible crime, and too scared to participate first-hand. Last night, due to friendships made here once I became directly involved, I was finally able to understand a few things about diapers and incontinence which allowed me to shed some anxieties in my life (and I would like to particularly thank Puffy Pants for his experience and insightful comments).
I would encourage anyone who is on the outside looking in, scared of being "discovered" and yet desperate for friendship, understanding, or information to jump in and be proactive about their situation. It is much more empowering.
Thanks again to everyone here. I will do my best to put back into this community because of what it has given me.
