Hi,
I am a 58 yr. old wife and mom. I have had stress incontinence off and on for years. During that time I endured being wet or using sanitary pads which were not comfortable, but helped a bit.
In the past few months I have developed urge incontinence with flooding. There are also times when I simply have no control at all. I finally put myself in disposable pull ups about three weeks ago. I tried three different brands before finding one that seems to work for now.
I have ordered some cloth diapers that will arrive later this week. They cannot come soon enough. My goal is to wear them most of the time, unless at work.
I have an appointment to my Dr. this week to what she thinks might be causing the increase in symptoms and so she knows what is going on.
Right now I am having what seems to be the usual struggles of adjusting to incontinence and wearing diapers. This is a bigger adjustment than anything I have ever experienced.
