So at one point I bought a case of Northshore booster pads. I really don’t use them on the regular but when going through my supply closet I found a bunch so I thought I’d try one in my MegaMax tonight. If they work well I may use them for long trips and when I’m out. What are peoples go to boosters?

For flow-thru type booster pads I use Northshore, great customer service and a good product(s).

I liked the effectiveness of the Northshore boosters also. I don't need them often but if I'm going to use a booster, these are them.

I have experimented with many booster pads and have settled on the NorthShore pads as my choice.

I have found that it is best not to get too large a booster. You can waste money on unused space at the rear of the pad.

It is important that the width of the booster leave space on each side so that there is "gutter" space between the pad and the leg gathers. This helps to prevent overflow as the pad rises with absorbed urine. It also leaves more of the diaper's absorbent mat exposed so that the booster pad does not completely block the mat. This will speed up absorption.

Excellent points John, I totally concur and only use x-small or small boosters for exactly the reasons you stated.

I’ve been using large boosters with xl diapers and haven’t had any leaks. That in addition to taping top top bottom bottom I’ve been extremely successful

Just updating that I have had no leaks with an xl Northshore supreme and a large Northshore booster pad. I’m over the moon thrilled. When I’m out I use MegaMax in black and have also had zero issues. Finally a combo that works!!!!
