I was reading about post-micturition dribble and the effects it has on the bulbocavernosus muscle, when the bulbocavernosus muscle becomes weak does it lead to loss of erections?

Reading up on it, it seems like this muscle is only responsible for helping to clear the urethra at the time of ejaculation. It is not directly responsible for erections.
I'm no urologist though, so I could be wrong.

Take an inventory of your medications. Many medications can have this side effect; Finasteride is especially culpable.
