I hate it when you tuck your shirt into your diaper and the leak through it onto your PJS.

Know the feeling. I posted a while back about my shirt getting tucked into my diaper at work and next thing I knew I had a wet shirt.

Simple solutuion to both problems.. wear underwear over the diaper, wear pp over the underwear, and wear a bodystocking over that.. You may be able to get away with not wearing the undies.. but anyway, this should solve both the diaper leaking and accidentally tucking in your t shirt into your diaper..
