AngelFluff has two versions called a concealer. Adultclothdiaper.com has a tee-shirt style too. Kins also has some and even a golf shirt style.
Good luck

Added a link to them, sorry Rope, didn't see you had mentioned Kins already...
http://www.babykins.com/store/adult-clothing/, but I got theirs and some from here which are put together MUCH better IMO
http://easyaccessclothing.com/ A bit pricey, but worth it if you use them,

Check my post for a cheaper alternative.
www.incontinentsupport.org/phpBB3/viewt ... f=3&t=1176 This should provide support as well and I had this in mind when I came up with the idea.
Saggy diapers are conspicuous since the don't have the natural conture of the body besides moving in ways the body doesn't. They can also be noisy. I also find them uncomfoterable.

I have onesies from Kins. I use both the summertime type W/O sleeves and the short sleeve golf shirt ones. They both hold up quite well and do the job of keeping everything in place as well as minimizing any sagging.

If you do not want to go all the way to wearing a onsie, try wearing a pair of Underamour compression pants. They significantly help in controlling diaper sag.
