'Lo Everyone.

I'm new here, I'm a 28 year old guy. I've been lurking for about a month or so and I've been waiting to post until I had some feedback from my urologist.
I've been having bad frequency (gotten worse over the last year and a half) problems daily and night voiding issues (for about two months) and I've been wearing protection to bed. I started out having an xray of my lower back area. I am still waiting to talk to my normal doctor regarding this but from what I gather from the urologist, I have something not exactly right with my back. They asked if I had an injuries, or scoliosis, but I wasn't aware of any issues and he scheduled me for urodynamics for a suspected neurogenic bladder. He also checked my prostate and no issues there.
I have to say it was the most uncomfortable experience of my life! First time with a catheter for me. Since everyone knows what happens during these exams I'll jump to the chase. Apparently I have a pretty small bladder capacity causing the pressure and frequency. I had some retention but according to the physicians assistant it wasn't neurogenic bladder in her opinion. She also said that she didn't notice any spasms during the process so she was ruling out overactive bladder. She wants me to try and prolong my voiding to try and stretch my bladder out and I've been prescribed Sanctura to help with relaxing the bladder so it might fill a little better. She also said she noticed that during my voiding that I appeared to use my rectal? muscles when voiding. (I didn't even notice that I was...)
Anyway, there's my short intro and what's been going on with me. Thanks for the chance to get it out there.
