This sounds unalike anything any one else has experienced. It is rare for people to notice adults are wearing a diaper and even more rare for them to have the lack of tact to bring it up. But in the few rare cases I heard about it was more like a babyish kind of insult, probably from lack of undrstanding, never genuine hate.
