I am sure I am not the only one dealing with the If, Then Paradox of all these issues. I went to an amusement park with my parents, nephews, and neice that are here in Pa. for the summer. Well dang, am I paying for it today?

Seems like everything I do is an If, Then right now. If I take pain meds (Just Dual action), then I have issues with my bowels all day.

If I try to clean up around my apartment, then my bowels act like crazy, and my stomach hurts all night.

My Mom is kind of worried because a lot of the things I need to do are not getting done around my apartment, and I don't have much energy.

All of this I am going to bring up to my PT next month and see if she thinks I should push to get my big yearly blood work test done asap, and see if something is off because I was better before the weather changed and it got hot out.

PT, went well. I feel like having PT be part of the bigger hospital is going to be a good path. PT is now the 2nd in charge of Pelvic Floor Physical therapy for the area where she is in. This also means that she dirrectly reports to the head of PT which I could never get set up with. That is changing. I am going to be seen by my Pelvic floor and a Ocupational Therapist on the 22nd. This is a big step for me. PT wants to see if anything can be changed as nothing in my Pelvic floor has reacted to anything we have tried and OT will be looking at my whole body to see what is what.

Also PT is getting me the much needed Pelvic MRI she has pushed for as well as talking to my Nurologist and Urologist about other issue.

So things are going in the right directions... Only now I have to redue my budget as I have PT/OT every other week now and it is an hour push drive one way that I was not GAS budgeted for.
