Anyone have experience with this device? It's like a jockstrap with a sleeve attached to hold the penis. The sleeve has a hose on the end which feeds into a leg bag. I've tried condom caths, but they just fall off.

I've actually never heard of it before, and I though I've been through it all- literally. Yeah the condom caths are not that great. This looks like it might work better, but flooding all at once might be a problem. I'd also be a little weary of getting any kinks. With a condom cath they are supposed to still work even with a little pressure behind your pee (though they often don't). With this, you pee would just back flow and lead everywhere.
